  Thanks but No Thanks. They are signed up for the "Hotel Tonight" app, but when I called and asked about a ground floor room for my handicapped husband, they quoted a higher rate. I mentioned the hotel tonight rate and was advised that when people book through "those apps", they can give us any room, i.e., no special requests. This is NOT customer friendly, and I hope their ground floor rooms go empty tonight.
